The deadline to apply for Logan County Fair Royalty is quickly approaching.
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. this Friday, May 1, for those hoping to represent the Logan County Fair.
Current Fair King Micah Ackley says the experience has been one to remember.
“I enjoyed going to all the different county and independent fairs and seeing all the livestock and people in the community and what makes them stand out,” Ackley said. “I also enjoyed all the small but memorable moments along the way—like having to listen to Hamilton on road trips for some reason because that’s what Courtney enjoys.”
Fair Queen Kayley Knox says the experience has created lasting connections.
“Throughout my royalty experience I have had an amazing time meeting all the new people, going to fairs, and growing bonds that will last a lifetime,” she said.
And Princess Courtney Altstaetter says representing the fair has opened the door to new opportunities and friendships that will have a lasting impact.
Organizers encourage anyone interested to consider representing the fair across the state of Ohio and taking part in the experience.
