Wednesday evening, Washington Township police were dispatched to Dollar General on State Route 366, because the store manager was intoxicated.
Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect, Robert Kilgore, 46, of Russells Point, yelling and crying.
Officers attempted to calm Robert down but were unsuccessful.
Kilgore then attempted to take his clothes off in the middle of the parking lot.
After repeated attempts to calm him down, he was taken into custody.
Kilgore was transported to the Logan County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct.
