Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a Lakeview home Thursday night in response to a domestic complaint.
When the deputies arrived, the caller, Andrea Long, 62, of Lakeview, said her brother, Robert Anderson, 59, also of Lakeview, was intoxicated and threatening to fight her.
Anderson is currently on parole and prohibited from consuming alcohol. Long said she allowed her brother to stay with her as long as he obeyed the parole orders.
He was found sitting behind the residence. He was placed in handcuffs and taken by Deputies to the Logan County Jail.
Anderson is charged with Domestic Violence and parole violations.
