Bellefontaine police witnessed a vehicle driving on the curb and sidewalk of Main Street in downtown Bellefontaine early Sunday morning.
Abigail Price, 23, of Bellefontaine, was seen driving over the curb as she turned from Chillicothe Avenue onto Main Street.
She then quickly accelerated and crossed the middle line several times.
Price failed field sobriety tests after being pulled over and admitted to drinking alcohol and using marijuana earlier in the day.
She was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs, driving on sidewalks and curbs, marked lane violations, and driving with an open container.
Price was released to a sober driver.
