This morning, 36-year-old Hermanio Joseph was sentenced to 9 to 13.5 years in prison, in a Clark County Common Pleas Courtroom.
The Haitian immigrant did not have a valid driver’s license when he crossed over the center line into the oncoming traffic, striking a school bus with his 2010 Honda Odyssey.
The Northwestern Elementary School bus flipped on its top in the August 22nd crash.
Aiden Clark,11, died from injuries he sustained after being ejected from the bus.
