Drunk driver caught Thursday night

Washington Township Police stopped Aaron Redman of Hilliard Thursday night after he made several lane violations.

Redman was stopped on 33 near Township Road 94 just before 7:00.

Redman told officers the reason for his lane violations was due to a faulty tire.

Police noticed signs of impairment.  Redman admitted to drinking earlier in the day.

He consented to field sobriety tests and failed.

Redman was arrested for OVI and taken to the Logan County Jail.

He gave a breath sample which resulted in a .124.

Redman was charged with OVI and marked lanes violation.

Never test. Lawyers cannot argue test results.

Tom, that would entail way more common sense than most intoxicated drivers seem to have.

I enjoy drinking, but I’m smart enough to stay home.
