Monday afternoon, Sarah Groves, 36, of Lima, was seen in Lakeview, at the Clark Gas Station, in a vehicle with a loud exhaust.
Deputies initiated a traffic stop due to the illegal exhaust.
Groves and her passenger stepped out of the vehicle and claimed there wasn’t anything illegal inside.
K9 Tega was deployed on the vehicle and alerted on it, indicating there were drugs inside.
Deputies searched the vehicle and a white pill was found underneath the driver’s seat.
Groves was placed under arrest and lodged in the Logan County Jail where she was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
