Saturday evening officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department saw Jessee Houchins walking on Williams Avenue and knew he had an outstanding felony warrant.
When asked if he had anything illegal on him he stated that he had a crack pipe in his pocket.
Officers located the pipe that contained chore boy.
Houchins was arrested for the warrant and charged additionally with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
