Several schools in the area are offering breakfasts and honoring veterans during Veterans Day celebrations county-wide on Monday.
Riverside Local Schools are hosting their annual Veterans Day Breakfast and Assembly. Breakfast in the cafeteria starts at 8:00 am, and the assembly in the gymnasium begins at 9:00 am. Guests are asked to park in the east parking lot by the high school gym. Guests will come in through the high school gym doors to sign in. There are musical performances planned and a guest speaker. All veterans and their spouses are welcome!
West Liberty-Salem is inviting all veterans in the community to join them for breakfast Monday, as well. Their breakfast is from 8 to 9:30. Those wanting to attend need to RSVP by the end of the day today.
Indian Lake area veterans and their guests are invited to a day of celebration and recognition on Monday, November 11th at 12:30 at Indian Lake High School. Join us in honoring veterans with a hearty lunch followed by an assembly honoring those who served and are currently serving. Call the school to RSVP.
Benjamin Logan High School is honoring veterans during a celebratory breakfast and ceremony Monday, beginning at 8. It features a breakfast in the School Commons and a choral performance by various school choirs in the auditorium. Call the high school office to RSVP.
