Recently the Washington Township Police Department was looking to rebrand and they reached out to Indian Lake High School for some help.
ILHS Junior, Adilynn Hatfield’s design was chosen as the new patch for the department.
Students submitted a patch design, the only requirement was that an eagle and a spear be incorporated into the design.
Hatfield’s patch will soon be donned on officer’s uniforms.
