The Logan County Engineer’s Office announces that county forces will be chip-sealing County Road 1, from State Route 245/287 to the Bellefontaine City Corporation Limit.
Construction will begin Monday, July 1st and the project should be done Wednesday, July 3rd.
You can expect the road to be under construction between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Emergency traffic and local traffic will only be maintained using flaggers.
Expect delays or use alternate routes.
When traveling through these work areas, you are asked to slow down and use caution.
There will be loose stone on the roadway for a few days and an unmarked no-passing zone until fall.
All scheduling is subject to weather conditions.
You can also expect lane closures on State Route 273 between U.S. 68 and State Route 117 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Wednesday, July 31.
Crews will be repairing the roadway.
