The Logan County Sheriff Deputies responded to the Village Pantry in Lakeview on Saturday of a possible intoxicated driver.
As deputies arrived they saw a vehicle parked matching the description of the call.
The driver, Christina Malec, 42, of Lakeview, began driving.
Deputies followed her, noticing that her license plate light was out, and made a traffic stop.
They asked if she had been drinking, and she said no.
Her eyes were bloodshot and her speech seemed slow.
Deputies had her perform field sobriety tests, which she did not pass.
Malec was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail.
She was charged with OVI.
