A Michigan couple was arrested Monday evening.
Logan County Sheriff Deputies and Bellefontaine Police responded to the area close to Bellefontaine Middle School on reports that a woman was naked in the ditch and a man was yelling at her.
Officials found the car in the Bellefontaine Middle School parking lot and spoke with the driver, Stephen Raper, 42, of Milan, Michigan.
He showed several signs of intoxication and admitted to deputies that he had recently drunk two beers.
Refusing field sobriety tests, he was arrested and transported to the Bellefontaine Police Department, where he refused a breath test.
He was then transported to the Logan County Jail where he was lodged for having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.
Jennifer Raper was arrested by Bellefontaine Police for public intoxication and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
