Andrew Miller of West Liberty was lodged in the Logan County Jail after a traffic stop Wednesday morning.
Officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department learned that Miller has an active warrant for his arrest through the Municipal Court.
Contact was made with Miller as he was leaving the Speedway gas station.
Miller consented to a search of his vehicle after he was arrested.
Officers located a $100 bill folded in the ashtray that contained a hard rocklike substance in it.
A baggie and three glass pipes were also found in the vehicle.
Miller confirmed that it was meth folded in the money and that he has used meth in the last 24 hours.
He was charged with Failure to Appear and Possession of Methamphetamine.
