Friday afternoon, law enforcement officers from the Logan County Unified Drug Task Force, Bellefontaine Police, and the Logan County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at 313 Lawrence Street in Bellefontaine.
The warrant was connected to an active arrest for Chanc Carter, 36, of Bellefontaine, who was wanted for failing to appear in court on multiple charges of aggravated drug trafficking.
Carter was found at the residence and arrested without incident.
He was taken into custody and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
