Bellefontaine Police are looking for a suspect connected to a hit-and-run of a pedestrian on Thursday morning.
A 16-year-old Bellefontaine City Schools student was crossing an intersection in the South Main Street/Washington Avenue area when he was hit by a vehicle.
The driver left the scene and was headed south.
The student was knocked down and sustained possible minor injuries.
He was later transported to the Mary Rutan Hospital to be checked.
The incident remains under investigation by the Bellefontaine Police Department.
