The Benjamin Logan High School Robotics team completed the judging interview portion of the Wapakoneta Qualifying Tournament Thursday evening.

The team met remotely with judges to share their robot’s design and discuss other topics such as outreach and teamwork.

On Saturday (February 4), the Raiders will travel to Wapakoneta High School for the robot competition portion of the tournament. They will join 23 other teams from around the state as they play for a chance to advance to the Ohio Championship tournament in March.

This year’s game saw teams challenged to build a robot that could grip plastic cones and place them on posts of varying heights.

Matches begin at 10:15 a.m. and will continue throughout the day with semifinals starting around 4:30 p.m. You’ll want to look for the robot with the number 4360 on its side.
