Construction is scheduled along Lincoln Boulevard for the Russells Point Storm Water Drainage Project. Work is scheduled to begin on or about June 6, 2024, weather permitting.
This phase of the project includes drainage systems under and along the entrances of apartment complexes.
Half of the entrances will be completed at one time to allow access in and out of the parking areas.
There may be temporary delays and restricted access during construction.
Crews will make every effort to allow residents to enter/exit parking areas timely.
Please avoid the construction zones, if possible.
The following areas will be affected by this construction phase:
- Point Place Apartments (600 Lincoln Blvd.)
- Point Village Apartments (400 Lincoln Blvd.)
