At approximately 7:00 p.m. Saturday, an officer from the West Liberty Police Department responded to West Liberty Lion’s Park in response to a report of a missing juvenile female.
Through a coordinated effort involving multiple agencies and public assistance, the child was successfully located at the Family Dollar in the village of DeGraff.
The juvenile was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital for observation, and the investigation remains ongoing.

The West Liberty Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 13-year-old girl.
Victoria New was last seen around 7:00 PM at Lion’s Park in West Liberty on Saturday.
New was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts, with her hair in a ponytail.
She may also have a towel with her.
Anyone who sees New or has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Logan County Sheriff’s Office at 937-599-3333 as soon as possible.
