Late Monday night, Logan County Sheriff Deputies were called to a home in Lakeview for a trespassing complaint.
A caller told dispatch that Brant Wolfe, 51, of Lakeview, had been knocking on the windows of their home and threatening to break them out.
When deputies arrived on the scene they spoke with the victim and searched the area for Wolfe.
He was later located in the area and showed several signs of intoxication.
When asked how much he had to drink, Wolfe told deputies he had had enough to calm himself down.
He was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct and menacing.
