A drive down County Road 10 near Zanesfield is turning heads this Independence Day weekend, thanks to a patriotic display created by Matthew and Kimberly Ricketts.

The couple has placed 250 American flags across their property as a tribute to the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary.

They say the display is simply their way of celebrating America and showing their patriotism.

Rows of red, white, and blue flags now line the property, creating a display for motorists traveling through the area.

The Ricketts hope the flags inspire others to reflect on the country’s history and appreciate the freedoms Americans enjoy.
