The Bellefontaine 5th Grade Lady Chieftains recently completed an undefeated season by winning the Miami Valley Youth Basketball League gold bracket championship on Saturday, February 17th.
This group of girls completed their league season with an overall record of 14-0.
They captured the #1 overall seed out of 20 total teams and finished out the championship run with wins over Urbana and Madison Plains in the semifinal and championship games.
The MVYBL is made up of teams from both the CBC and OHC conferences.
