Julie Hoberty, 60, of Bellefontaine, was arrested Saturday afternoon for felony OVI and operating a vehicle without a license.
Hoberty was pulled over by Bellefontaine Police when they noticed the vehicle she was driving had two different license plates.
Upon further inspection, officers realized the registration and insurance on the vehicle had expired.
They found Hoberty was driving on a suspended license, which was suspended from a previous OVI incident.
Hoberty failed multiple field sobriety tests, and an open container of alcohol was located under the driver’s seat.
Two passengers in the vehicle were released at the scene.
Hoberty was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
