An area teen was injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash Wednesday afternoon just before 5 o’clock.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office reports Bailee Stover, 17, of Zanesfield, was traveling east on State Route 47 when she made a right-hand turn onto Township Road 126. Stover then overturned her vehicle, traveling off the left side of the road, striking a guide wire.
Her vehicle got stuck in between the guide wires, and Logan County Co-Op was called out to remove one of the wires to free the vehicle.
Stover suffered suspected minor injuries and was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Rushcreek Township EMS.
At the hospital, deputies talked with Stover.
She told authorities she swerved to miss a deer in the roadway.
Stover was cited with failure to control.
Her vehicle suffered heavy damage.
