Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were called to the scene of a tractor rollover on State Route 47 Thursday afternoon.
When they arrived on the scene, several members from the Bellefontaine Fire Department were working to free Steven Gregg, 75 of Bellefontaine.
A witness found Gregg and called authorities, informing them he was breathing but unresponsive.
It appeared that Gregg had been driving on the side of a hill when the tractor overturned on the right side, pinning him underneath.
Once freed from the tractor, the Bellefontaine Fire Department transported Gregg to Mary Rutan Hospital where he passed away.
