The Logan County Sheriff’s Office reported a two-vehicle injury crash at the intersection of State Route 274 and US 68 happened Monday morning.
Deputies report that a car operated by Gloria Cox, 76, of Zanesfield, pulled out into the path of a semi, operated by Martin Clemens, 57, of Timberlake.
Cox was taken to Mary Rutan Hospital for minor injuries.
The crash closed the roadway for a short time.
Cox was cited for failure to yield.
