The Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal crash in Lakeview on Wednesday evening.
The driver of the vehicle, Edwin Steinmetz, 55 of Huntsville, was traveling South on State Route 235 when he free-rolled through the intersection of State Route 33 and struck a tree.
When EMS arrived on the scene it was discovered that Steinmetz suffered a medical emergency, resulting in the accident.
