Alan Galvez Insurance, located at 134 West Columbus Avenue in Bellefontaine, invites you to bring your tattered American Flag to their office June 10-14 and exchange it for a new 3’x5’one.
There is a limit of two per household.
The flags are American-made and ordered through the American Legion Flag & Emblem Company.
There is a limited supply available.
Flags may be exchanged during their office hours- Monday through Friday 9 am-12 pm and 1 pm-5 pm.
All tattered flags will be given to the American Legion for proper disposal.
This event is designed to honor our flag, Flag Day, and the many men and women who have served our flag, both present and past.
Alan Galvez Insurance has held this event annually since 2016.
“We continue to do this event because it’s a great way to meet new people, spread a positive message in the community and also talk to people about their experiences. As mentioned, we have many veterans that drop by and we have heard many amazing stories about their service. It’s a time of great fellowship,” said Carrie Galvez-Reynolds.
