Alicia Love, 23, of Bellefontaine, was arrested on multiple charges early Sunday morning.
Police were on patrol on South Main Street in Bellefontaine when they saw Love swerving all over the roadway and then beginning to speed.
She turned eastbound on Gunntown Road.
Officers were going upwards of 60 miles per hour to catch up with Love.
She then turned into the parking area of 500 Gunntown Road when officers initiated a traffic stop.
Right away, officers noticed Love showed signs of impairment.
She went on to fail several field sobriety tests and was arrested and transported to the Bellefontaine Police Department.
Once at the police department, she consented to a urine test, and initially a breath test.
Love later refused the breath test.
She then began yelling and refused to stop being disruptive.
After several warnings to calm down, she was transported to the Logan County Jail where she was lodged for persistent disorderly conduct.
Additionally, she was charged with OVI, speed, and driving in marked lanes.
