The person that hit our car was the one speeding. We looked and didn’t see any one so we went and I had a seat belt on I have the mark to prove it

Y’all were at a stop sign… and didn’t stop …. no insurance either. Posted speed is 55mph there… That is why Y’all were sited and I was not. It’s also why your driver came up to me and my CHILD who were injured after and apologized again and again and why the driver behind me also stayed with me and my child to make sure we were ok and helped be a witness.

I am very happy everyone walked away from this accident and thank God no one was more hurt than we all were. I hope everyone learned a valuable lesson.

Judging by the damage on the black car he was already pulled into the middle of the street and most of the damage on the van seemed to be driver side front personally I blame the van but the important part is everyone is ok and from what I recall Austin said at the scene it was his first accident he’d ever bin in so I don’t feel he has a need to lie. Probably just shocked if anything
