Police arrest man driving over 100 mph

Washington Township Police were on patrol on State Route 274, near State Route 235, on Thursday when they noticed a car going in excess of 100 mph.

Officers activated lights and sirens and the vehicle continued east on 274.

Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were called to assist and set up a roadblock at the intersection of 274 and 33.

As the vehicle approached, it came to a stop.  Police then arrested Eddie Galloway, 31, of Michigan without incident.

He was transported to the Logan County Jail and charged with failure to comply.
