Shawn Stiltner of Rushylvania was arrested for two counts of Domestic Violence Thursday morning.
Dispatch informed Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies that an active incident was occurring between Stiltner and a victim.
Upon arrival at a home on County Road 112, a victim had Stiltner pinned to the floor.
Deputies placed him in handcuffs and then in the back of a cruiser.
When speaking with the two victims, they stated that Stiltner had been drinking alcoholic beverages all night and had gotten into an argument with the first victim.
He then pushed them up against a wall and was holding them there.
The second victim intervened and put Stiltner to the ground.
Stiltner was able to get away and attempted to grab a gun from a gun cabinet in the home, and again the second victim dropped him to the ground and held him there until authorities arrived.
He threatened the second victim several times and stated that he was going to shoot them.
Stiltner was lodged in the Logan County Jail for the incident.
