Holley Tolliver, 57, of Lakeview, had been lodged in the Logan County Jail after being discharged from the hospital.
Tolliver, the gunman involved in the August 14th standoff on the north side of Indian Lake, sustained a gunshot wound to the arm during the incident.
The nine-hour standoff saw law enforcement from multiple agencies, including Bellefontaine Police and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, respond to the scene.
Tolliver fired numerous rounds at officers before eventually surrendering and was treated at Miami Valley Hospital.
On Tuesday evening, Tolliver was returned to the hospital for complications related to his injury.
A Logan County Deputy remains on constant watch over him.
Tolliver is expected to face additional charges in front of the Logan County Grand Jury on Tuesday, September 10th.
