A suspected overdose victim was revived at his Kent Drive residence Wednesday evening around 7:30.

While en route, dispatch told Bellefontaine Police CPR was in progress and two doses of Narcan had been administered.

Upon arrival, officers saw the male, Quinten Turner, 30, laying on the floor unresponsive and issued another dose of Narcan before he became responsive again.

Turner was taken by medics to Mary Rutan Hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

Authorities observed a used uncapped syringe in plain view on the bathroom floor along with a piece of foil that contained a white powdery substance on the sink counter.

It was later informed to officers that Turner was out on bond with the Logan County Common Pleas Court. His probation officer was contacted and stated upon Turner’s medical clearance, he was to be arrested for contempt of court.

Turner was lodged in the Logan County Jail after his medical release.

Additional charges are pending.
