Voters should expect the same process, procedures, and locations for Election Day Voting for the March 19, 2024 Primary Election.
Bellefontaine, OHIO – March 16, 2024 – After confirming with Indian Lake School officials, and the Logan County Sheriff, the Logan County Board of Elections can confirm that Election Day Voting for the March 19, 2024, Primary Election will occur as scheduled for all precincts in the Indian Lake area.
Voters that reside in Bloomfield Township, Stokes Township, Washington Township, and the Villages of Lakeview and Russells Point can vote on Election Day at the Indian Lake High School’s Auxiliary Gym, 6210 State Route 235 N, Lewistown, OH. The polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
After conversing with the Logan County Sheriff, access to Indian Lake High School from the north side of Indian Lake is expected to be clear enough that the current road closures on State Route 235 and U.S. Highway 33 are not expected to be in place Tuesday.
If, however, a voter from the north side of Indian Lake would rather not traverse through Lakeview and Russells Point, can travel south on State Route 117 to State Route 274, then travel west on State Route 274 to reach Indian Lake High School.
The last day for early in-person absentee voting is tomorrow, Sunday, March 17th from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. That will still be occurring at the Logan County Board of Elections Office, 225 S. Main St., Bellefontaine. Any voter in Logan County that wishes to vote early can do so during those hours.
