Saturday, Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle on State Route 68 outside of West Liberty for speed.
Deputies could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.
When they searched the car they found two marijuana blunts inside.
The passenger was identified as Lamont Walton of Springfield.
Deputies were notified by dispatch that Walton had a warrant for his arrest in Clark County.
Walton was then placed in handcuffs and searched.
A glass pipe was found in his coat pocket.
Walton was charged with Obstructing Justice, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and other charges.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
