A probable cause search was conducted.
Officers found several marijuana blunts, suspected crack cocaine, and a crack pipe in the vehicle.
Wertz confirmed the substance was crack and that it was his.
Wertz was arrested for Possession of Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Smith was arrested for Possession of Drugs.
Both were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
