Indian Lake’s volleyball teams had a successful outing at the tri-match held in Sidney on Saturday, with impressive performances across the board.
In their first match, Indian Lake’s varsity squad defeated Sidney in a thrilling three-set game, 25-27, 25-15, 25-19. Key contributors included Kenzie Dixon, who went 13/14 serving with 1 ace, 28/33 hitting with 7 kills and 13 digs. Halle Roby added 5 kills, 8 digs, and 18 assists, while Riley Ross recorded 25 digs. Cami Bailey had 10 kills and 4 digs, and Courtney Altstaetter contributed 9 kills and 4 digs. Addyson Roby had 17 assists, 11 digs, and 2 aces, with Addison Beck adding 8 digs. Alivia Kinney and Annie Rapp also made significant contributions.
In their second match, Indian Lake continued their winning streak, defeating Wapakoneta 25-16, 25-20. Kenzie Dixon led with 23 digs, 6 kills, and 1 ace serve. Halle Roby had 11 digs, 8 kills, and 15 assists. Riley Ross had 16 digs, while Cami Bailey recorded 8 kills and 6 digs. Annie Rapp had 3 kills on 13/13 hitting and 3 digs. Addyson Roby contributed 12 assists, and Alivia Kinney added 3 kills. Courtney Altstaetter recorded 3 kills and 2 blocks.
The Indian Lake JV team also showed strong performances. They defeated Sidney 25-6, 25-13, with Brynna Avila serving 19/20 and adding 12 digs. Bre Wisener excelled with 12/12 serving, 4 aces, 7 assists, and 4 kills. Mackenzie Miller was 5/6 in serve receive, with 4 kills and 1 block. Kenzley Pertuset added 4 kills, and Ady Oldiges had 8 assists. Quinn Imm contributed 18 digs.
In their second JV match, Indian Lake defeated Wapakoneta 25-13, 25-18. Ady Oldiges was perfect with 13/13 serving and 8 assists. Brynna Avila served 15/15 with 4 aces and 18 digs. Mackenzie Miller had 3 kills and 1 block. Madison Davis contributed 6 kills and 2 aces. Miley Humble added 2 kills, Bre Wisener recorded 4 kills and 6 assists, and Quinn Imm had 17 digs.
Indian Lake’s teams will be back in action on Tuesday as they play at Riverside.
