Sunday morning just after 9 AM, Frank Wallace, of Enon, was on State Route 235 at the intersection of State Route 47 when he struck a pole in the roundabout.
Wallace then abandoned his vehicle and fled the scene on foot.
He was located by troopers a short time later.
According to the Ohio State High Patrol, Wallace was charged with OVI, and released to a sober driver.
