While on patrol, officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department noticed two men walking down the street rather than on the sidewalk.
One of the men, identified as Dustin Harbor, 40 of Bellefontaine, had a warrant for his arrest out of Hardin County.
Harbor took off on foot when the officer notified him that he was under arrest.
After a brief pursuit, he was caught, placed in handcuffs, and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Harbor was lodged on his warrant and also charged with Obstructing Official Business.
