The Riverside High School Interact Club helped Kindergarten students discover unique Christmas customs from around the world on Friday during “Christmas Around the World.”
This is a long-standing tradition each year at Riverside. Kindergarten students and Interact students all look forward to this fun day exploring how different cultures celebrate the holiday season. This year they learned about: Costa Rica, Brazil, Ukraine, Italy, Australia, Iceland, Germany, Greenland, and Mexico. Not only did the high school students teach Kindergarten about people from other countries, but they also participated in recess and lunch with them.
