The Champaign County Board of Developmental Disabilities hosted a Touch-a-Truck event today in Urbana.
Children with developmental disabilities of all kinds were invited to come and see vehicles they wouldn’t otherwise get a chance to see.
Jeff Coaty is the Board’s Community Educator and Outreach Director.
This is the Board’s 6th year of hosting the event.
It included free hot dogs, chips, and drinks for the kids and free Kona Ice for the first 200 visitors.
